Ultra-pure ferrite corrosion-resistant heat exchange tube refers to the use of ultra-pure ferrite as the material of corrosion-resistant heat exchange tube. Ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel has strong resistance to CL-stress corrosion, pitting corrosion resistance, crevice corrosion resistance, intergranular corrosion resistance and comprehensive mechanical properties. These properties depend on their structure and chemical composition. In developed countries such as the United States, ultra-pure ferrite heat exchange tubes have been widely used in condensers of coastal power plants, seawater desalination, salt production, and chemical industries with high chlorine ions.
1. The strength and stiffness of ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel pipe are significantly higher than those of titanium pipe and white copper pipe.
2. The wear resistance of four commonly used condenser pipes in sand-containing seawater is from high to low, followed by super ferritic stainless steel pipe S44660, titanium pipe TA2, white copper pipe BFe30-1-1 and BFe10-1-1.
3. The corrosion resistance of ultra-pure ferritic stainless welded pipe in seawater is much higher than that of white copper pipe and ordinary stainless steel pipe, which is basically equivalent to that of titanium pipe.
4. The total heat transfer efficiency of ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel tube condenser is basically the same as that of titanium tube, and is not lower than that of copper tube. The thermal conductivity coefficient of ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel tube is slightly lower than that of titanium tube, which has little effect on the total heat transfer efficiency of the condenser after operation.
