Ultrapure ferrite corrosion resistant heat exchange tube refers to the corrosion resistant heat exchange tube using ultrapure ferrite as material.Ultra-pure ferrite stainless steel has strong resistance to cl-stress corrosion, point corrosion, crack corrosion, intergranular corrosion and comprehensive mechanical properties.These properties depend on its structure and chemical composition.In the United States and other developed countries, ultra-pure ferrite heat exchange pipe has been widely used in coastal power plant generator set condenser, seawater desalination, salt industry, chemical industry and other industries with high chloride ions.
1. The strength and stiffness of ultra-pure ferrite stainless steel tubes are significantly higher than titanium tubes and white copper tubes.
2. The abrasion resistance of the four kinds of tubes commonly used in condenser in sea water containing sand is from high to low, and they are superferrite stainless steel tube S44660, titanium tube TA2, white copper tube bfe30-1-1 and bfe10-1-1 respectively.
3. Corrosion resistance of ultra-pure ferrite stainless steel welded pipe in seawater is much higher than that of white copper pipe and ordinary stainless steel pipe, which is basically the same as that of titanium pipe.

The total heat transfer efficiency of the ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel tube condenser is basically the same as that of the titanium tube, and no lower than that of the copper tube.The thermal conductivity of the superpure ferritic stainless steel tube is slightly lower than that of the titanium tube and has little effect on the total heat transfer efficiency of the condenser after operation.
